What are the opening times?
12pm to 11pm, with last entry to site at 4.30pm.
Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at at FAC51 The Haçienda at Walton Hall and Gardens.
How old do I need to be to attend and will I need ID?
You need to be 18+ to attend this event. We operate a challenge-25 policy upon entry and at all bars, if you look younger than 25, please bring ID.
What do you get with a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets include fast track entry, access to the VIP area with extra bars, chill out area, golden circle front of stage and posh loos.
Is there a dress code?
It’s a festival style event, go wild!
Is the event outside? Will there be shelter?
This is a festival style event and is open air, so no shelter will be available with standard tickets.
Will you be releasing the set times?
Full set times will be released before the event.
Is there parking on site?
There is parking on site via pay and display. We encourage you to use public transport or local taxi firms as we have great pick up and drop off facilities on site as well.
Is there a drop off system in place?
A regulated drop-off system will be in operation within the main car park at Walton Hall and Gardens. For a smooth arrival and departure, please follow the clearly marked on-site signage.
Can I bring food/alcohol in with me?
Sadly not, but we do have fully stocked bars and award winning food stalls on site.

Can I bring a bag?
Yes, you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry (we class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). We do not allow large bags into the event.
Can I bring camping chairs and blankets?
You can’t bring camping chairs, small blankets are okay.
Can I bring in flags or banners?
You can’t bring flags or banners. Laser pens are also not permitted.
Can I bring animals or pets?
Animals or pets are not permitted at the event, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
Can we bring sun cream with us?
Yes, but no glass bottles.
Do you have disabled facilities?
The event is on a field with disabled access and disabled facilities.
Can we bring perfume/deodorant?
Glass bottles and aerosols are banned from site. Roll on deodorant is fine.
Is there anywhere to charge my phone?
Sadly not, but we’re looking into this for next year.
