Where did August go? With only ten days left of summer, are you wondering ‘what happened to that second heatwave that was predicted?’ Us too.

It’s fair to say it’s been a bit murky over the last few weeks. However, there was nothing murky about our summer events. With record gates at our open-air theatre productions, a packed weekend at the recent Cheshire Food Festival, and with more events to come, we’ve certainly made the most of summer.

So, as we head towards autumn and new school terms, we’d like to know just what you think of Walton Hall and Gardens. What do you like most about visiting us? Is it the Children’s Zoo? Or perhaps the newly installed High Ropes? Maybe you like our games hut, or maybe you like it all. Honestly, that’s great – but the real question we’d like to ask is – ‘what would you improve?’

Our Walton survey won’t take more than five minutes to complete, and as a small token of our appreciation, we’ll automatically enter you into our £20 draw when you complete our survey. Not a bad return for your opinion.

Finally, to all of you who’ve visited us over the summer, we owe you our thanks because without you, well, we might as well go home. Let’s hope we see some more sunshine before summer waves goodbye…
